Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SiteSupport.ai. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

SiteSupport.ai provides an AI-powered customer support widget that you can embed on your website. The service crawls your website content, generates AI responses to visitor questions, and provides a dashboard for managing conversations and settings.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One organization per account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

3. Free Plan

New accounts start on the Free plan, which includes 100 AI conversations per month and 1 website — free forever, no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time for higher limits and additional features.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Dodo Payments.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs beyond normal usage.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Use the AI assistant to generate misleading, harmful, or deceptive content.
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or abusive means.

6. Content Ownership

  • Your content — You retain ownership of all website content and conversation data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
  • Our service — SiteSupport.ai, including our software, design, and documentation, is our intellectual property.
  • AI responses — AI-generated responses are derived from your content. You may use them freely.

7. Data Processing

By using our service, you authorize us to crawl, index, and process your publicly available website content for the purpose of powering your AI assistant. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or any damages arising from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

SiteSupport.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
